WILLIAMSBURG, OH (June 27, 2025) – Cole Falloway of Owensboro, Kentucky took the lead from race long leader Jeremy Rayburn on lap 27 and went on to win the Third Annual Dewayne Ragland Memorial on Friday Night, June 27 at the Moler Raceway Park. The event sanctioned for the first time by the revitalized Northern Allstars Modified Dirt Series Powered by Sunoco Race Fuels drew 33 entries for race.

Falloway, who won the inaugural DMR race in 2022 bested Rayburn, Ryan Thomas, Matt Hamilton, and Curt Spalding for the victory to become the fifth different winner in the first six series races in 2025.

Rayburn took the lead at the start of the 35-lap main event as he immediately opened up a good-sized lead over Falloway and Thomas, who battled side-by-side for the first six laps of the race.

Falloway was finally able to clear Thomas on lap seven as Rayburn started to be bogged down by traffic. There was plenty of two and three-wide racing through the field as Falloway and Thomas started to close on Rayburn as the Ohio racer was battling heavy traffic as he was seeking the biggest win of his racing career.

Rayburn would lead until caution flags dotted the race on lap 20 and 21. On the lap 22 restart Rayburn was hounded by Falloway and as Rayburn would hold the point until lap 27 when Falloway would get by him for the race lead.

Falloway then went on to score the win in his first career appearance with the Northern Allstars Modified Dirt Series Powered by Sunoco Race Fuels.

The winners’ Elite Chassis is powered by a Mullins Racing Engine and sponsored by

Falloway’s Auto Sales and Parts, Kelley Trucking, Perfection Lawn Care, Rice Contracting, Baker Concrete, Slicker Graphics, TNR25, Digger’s Rental Fence, Rolling Pin Pastry Shop, and Ted Brown’s Quality Paint and Body Shop
