HOPE, IN (March 13, 2026) – The 50th Annual Spring 50 set for Saturday, March 21 at the Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky will be getting an added bonus as the John Weber “Dash for Cash” will take place along with the $10,000 to win Northern Allstars Late Model Dirt Series Powered by Sunoco Race Fuels main event.
Also, competing on the 21st will be the Northern Allstars Modified Dirt Series paying $1,500 to win main event, and the Pro Late Models will also be in competition with a $1,200 to win feature purse.
The special “Dash for Cash” will feature the four NALMS Late Model heat race winners racing four laps with a $2,000 to win, winner take all purse. The winner of the dash will earn the pole starting spot for the 50-lap main event.
Weber, a former co-owner of Florence Speedway passed away at age 82 last July 10th. He was instrumental in helping several area racers for more than 30 years owning cars driven by Audie and Chuck McWilliams, Jason Jameson, and Darrell Lanigan among others.
